Hi,

I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to tell you how how satisfied I am with MHO service.

Last January I received your flyer for high speed Internet access. I'd pretty much given up on EVER getting broadband access here in Parker. We were too far away from the CO for an DSL, our subdivision was never wired for cable and due to my company's IVPN requirements, satellite broadband was also out of the question.

I took a chance and called MHO. The salesman wasn't the least bit pushy and once he was sure I'd have coverage at my address he walked me through the sign up process. I was hesitant to give you my credit card number and his answer was, "No problem, the installer will get it once he arrives and gets you running." Unbelievable.

Eddie was scheduled to come out on February 6th and arrived exactly when he said he would. He answered all of my questions and did an exceptionally professional job of installing your equipment, going so far as to clean up some of my other cable installations in the process. I had some other questions once the network was up and Eddie did a terrific job of patiently explaining everything I wanted to know.

I called in with some simple support questions the next day (mail server addresses, news server addresses...). I experienced absolutely no hold time and the gentleman who took my call had everything I needed at his fingertips. I was done in less than 10 minutes and at no time was I spoken down to for asking my rather basic questions.

And for the last three months I haven't had to call for anything! I've experienced no network issues or outages - everything just works. That's high praise as I know it's not the case for my friends who have DSL or cable.

The biggest concern I had, would I be able to connect to our corporate network via VPN, turned out to be a non-issue. Again, I just fired up my client and everything just worked. It doesn't get any better than that.

I've been with several ISP's, among them AOL and AT&T Worldnet, and I've never experienced a friendlier and more knowledgeable group then you folks. The only thing better than your support is the stability of your network.

So I hope to stay with you as long as you'll have me. Keep up the great work. If you treat all of your customers as well as you've treated me you've got a bright future ahead.

BTW, your service rocks!

I have only had one occasion where you've been down - otherwise I am getting streaming audio and video and even have occasional VoIP (Voice over IP) conversations. Better than dialup, DSL, and Cable.

We really love our broadband connection!

We went with MHO because I could not get either Qwest DSL or Comcase HFC in our neighborhood, but I'm glad we couldn't (and have been glad about that since getting MHO installed)! The service has been outstanding, tech support - on the couple times I've needed it, has been fast and friendly and the technology is rock solid. I'm quite certain that neither Qwest nor Comcast could come close to MHO's service quality and value and the certainly would not provide their customers with an unsolicited increase in bandwidth.

Dear Sirs,

It is a pleasant surprise to see MHO two years in a row to increase performance and maintain monthly rates. Many companies in the communications industry like QWEST, AT&T and Verizon have been raising their rates through tricking repackaging of their services. As a customer of these vendors your think everything is okay only to discover when you get your bill that costs are really higher. Not the case with MHO.

My service with MHO over the last four years has been superb. I must admit I was very leery before I got connected to MHO internet wireless services. However, my gut feelings were wrong and MHO's performance and reliability has been extremely reliable in spite of mother's nature weather conditions like blizzards, thunderstorms, and fog. Even during normal users peak times my service performance continues to be very high.

Also your technical service is a pleasure. Your people know what they are doing, they speak English, and they reside in Colorado. Not the case with some other vendors I deal with like Linksys, Dell, Microsoft and many others. Service to me is a high priority. When I need help, I need help! Not surfing through endless phone connections, long waiting times, only to find out that I either got the wrong service support team or the technician knows less about the product than I do. Never the case with MHO services. You should be proud of your services levels and quality people.
